FOUNDER, LICENSED NBR™ STYLIST, AND YOUR NEW HAIR HERO
With over 25 years of experience in the hair industry, I’ve seen it all — truly. And while I’m a busy working mom of three kids, I’ve never stopped growing and learning because I know that liking the way your hair looks runs much deeper than just “having a good hair day.” It can be the difference between walking into an important meeting with courage or insecurity.
When I discovered the NBR extension method, everything changed. I knew this was THE method to help my clients finally have full hair and boldness when they look in the mirror.
Because here’s the thing: you and I are similar. I run a business where I show up with energy and passion for my team and clients, and then I go home and juggle even more. There’s too much riding on our shoulders at work and at home; we can’t afford to not take care of ourselves.
And so at the heart, that’s what I get to do at Style by Danielle. I get to help you take care of yourself so you can show up with confidence at work, compassion at home, and curiosity in who you are and what you really, really want.

Since she was 16 years old, her dream was to move to New York & be a hairstylist — and now that dream is a reality! As a certified NBR stylist & fellow extension wearer, she is truly passionate about her work. She loves being able to help women gain their confidence back & look their absolute best! She has been a licensed hair stylist in the New York & New Jersey area for over 10 years and found her salon home at Style by Danielle a little over 2 years ago.
On the weekends when she doesn’t have her hands in bridal hair, you can find her and her wife at a trendy restaurant sipping a spicy margarita or cozied up at home with their dog. You can call her Debra or Deb, but never Debbie.
JILLIAN
SALON CONCIERGE
From the moment you walk through our doors, you’ll be greeted by Jill, our amazing Salon Concierge.
After years in the beauty industry as a makeup artist, she now uses her positive energy and warm Brooklyn charm to make sure every guest feels right at home. Being the “jack of all trades,” she gets her biggest pleasure from hearing the vast number of compliments from our clients regarding the services they receive. The added confidence when clients walk out the door with their new style makes Jill truly proud of our amazing team.
When she’s not managing all the details in our salon, she loves baking apple pies, being the best aunt to the kids she’s cared for since they were born, and has a not-so-secret hobby of home organizing and decorating.
